Cleaning/Changeovers

Our changeovers consist of:

Check and replace light bulbs

Safety checks - smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blankets

Change all bed linen and replace with fresh linen and towels

Internal and external clean of fridge, cooker/hob, microwave and all other appliances

Check dishwasher is clean

Clean all sides in the kitchen and cupboard fronts

Check for cleanliness in the cupboards and kitchen drawers

Clean and disinfect all bathrooms and en-suites

Hoover all rooms

Dust and polish all sides

Outside spaces swept and window ledges wiped down

Replace and replenish:

Dishwasher tablets

Washing up sponge

Tea Towels

Hand soaps

We ask that a good working vacuum along with a mop and bucket are situated in the property. If you require or want extra linen and towels then we will happily provide this at a small additional charge.
