We are only a phone call away

There are many reasons that we may be called out to your property by a guest. Some examples are, the heating is not working or the hot water isn't working,  the television has stopped working, the toilet seat is broken and requires a replacement and an appliance has stopped working. There are many issues we can fix over the phone but if required we will happily go and assist your guests to make sure they have the best experience whilst at your property.

Should there be any electrical or plumbing issues, along with any other more serious issues,  we will act swiftly to address these.
